- International Shipping: International shipping is carried out by ARAMEX, known for its fast air cargo service and excellent customer relations.

Cash on Delivery: Our official website offers a cash on delivery service through the shipping company. This service allows customers to pay for the product upon receipt, enhancing trust and convenience in shopping. This service is provided for a small fee determined by the shipping company based on the shipment amount, as detailed in the table below:

Delivery Terms and Conditions:
- Absence of Buyer at Address: If the buyer is not present at the address at the time of delivery and the people at the address do not accept the delivery, the seller is considered to have fulfilled their obligations. In the absence of anyone to accept the delivery at the address, the buyer is responsible for following up the shipment by contacting the shipping company.
- Delivery to Another Person/Organization: If the product is to be delivered to another person or organization other than the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible if the person/organization to be delivered is not at the address or does not accept the delivery.
- Inspecting the Product Upon Receipt: The buyer is responsible for inspecting the product upon receipt. If there is a problem with the product caused by the shipment, the buyer must submit their objection and rejection report to the shipping company's representative. Otherwise, the seller will not accept responsibility.
- Delivery in Unusual Circumstances: If the product cannot be delivered within 30 days due to unusual circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, heavy traffic, earthquakes, floods, or fires, the seller will inform the buyer about the delivery. In this case, the buyer can cancel the order, request a similar product, or wait until the unusual circumstances end.
- Force Majeure: If the seller cannot deliver the product in time due to force majeure or unusual events such as weather conditions preventing transportation, transportation interruptions, fires, earthquakes, or floods, the buyer is not responsible for the seller in such cases. The buyer can cancel the order or delay the delivery time until the blocking situation disappears. If the buyer cancels the order, the paid amount will be refunded within fourteen days.
