If the specified terms are not suitable for you, please do not use the xokids.1ticaret.com site. By using the site and filling out the form where your personal information will be included, you are deemed to have accepted the terms written on these pages.
xokids.1ticaret.com is open to all its members. Unless otherwise specified, the services provided on the site are free of charge.
In the following cases, the site management may prevent the member from using the site and reserves its legal rights regarding the person or persons involved in the following initiatives:
1.a. Registering false, irregular, incomplete, and misleading information, expressions that do not comply with general moral rules, and information that contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey on the site.
1.b. Unauthorized copying of site content, in part or in whole.
1.c. Users are directly responsible for any damages that may arise from sharing the username, password, and other usage rights given to them or determined by them with third parties or organizations (from being used by persons other than the user). Similarly, the user cannot use another person's IP address, email address, username, and other personal information on the Internet, nor can they access or use other users' private information without permission. The user is deemed to have accepted any legal and penal obligations that may arise from such use.
1.d. Using software that threatens the security of the site, preventing the operation of the site and the software used, performing activities, attempting to perform them, and obtaining, deleting, or changing information.
3.a. The information of users visiting xokids.1ticaret.com (visit time, time, viewed pages) is monitored to serve them better. This information, adhering to privacy terms, is shared with the companies we cooperate with for advertising, etc., to expand and improve the content. The purpose here is to improve the experience offered to the users of the site and to develop xokids.1ticaret.com.
3.b. After completing the necessary sections for registration and confirming their email address, the xokids.1ticaret.com user can start using the xokids.1ticaret.com site by entering their email address and password, provided they comply with the terms stated in this agreement.
3.c. While benefiting from the xokids.1ticaret.com site and services, the user agrees to comply with the provisions of the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, Decree-Laws on the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, and other relevant legislation, as well as any announcements and notifications regarding the services published by xokids.1ticaret.com. The user is responsible for any legal, penal, and financial liabilities arising from the use that violates these notifications and laws.
3.d. If it is determined that the user does not comply with the obligations specified in this agreement or the general rules stated on the xokids.1ticaret.com site, the user's benefit from xokids.1ticaret.com may be temporarily or permanently blocked, and/or their account may be closed.
3.e. The user cannot engage in behaviors that prevent or complicate the use of xokids.1ticaret.com by other users and visitors, cannot overload/lock the servers or databases by loading automatic programs. They cannot attempt fraud. If found, they accept that their membership will be terminated and accept all legal and penal responsibilities that may arise from the situation.
3.g. The user cannot delete or remove any Copyright, Trademark, and all kinds of Intellectual and Artistic Works Law notes on any material copied or printed from xokids.1ticaret.com.
3.h. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the user through xokids.1ticaret.com. The authorization to log in to the site will be revoked for the user who terminates their membership. The person who cancels their membership accepts that this process is irreversible.
3.j. The relationships of site users with each other or with third parties are their responsibility.
3.m. Different rules and obligations may be specified in specific sections of the site. Persons and organizations using these sections are deemed to have accepted these rules in advance.
3.n. To read the measures we take to protect the personal information and privacy of our users and our general policy on this matter, please read the "Privacy Policy" section.
3.o. The user accepts and declares that the payment information (credit card, GSM number information, etc.) they will use in shopping through the site is correct and that the legal and penal responsibilities arising from this information belong to them.
7.a. xokids.1ticaret.com does not request postal addresses from its users in advance. However, the email address provided by the user to xokids.1ticaret.com is considered the legal address where any notification regarding this agreement will be requested.
7.b. Parties accept that unless they notify the other party of changes to their current email addresses in writing within 3 (three) days, requests made to their old email addresses will be valid and deemed to have been made to them.
7.c. Again, any notification sent by xokids.1ticaret.com to the user's registered email address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after the email is sent by xokids.1ticaret.com. The user declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the articles in this participation agreement, and confirms the accuracy of the information they have provided about themselves.
