You need to sterilize every pacifier you purchase before use.
Before first use, you can soak BIBS pacifiers in boiled water for 5 minutes.

Since BIBS pacifiers have airflow, it is normal for water to get inside the pacifier.
After the water inside the pacifier cools down, you can drain the water by squeezing the nipple.
