In this case, the buyer can cancel the order, request a similar product, or wait until the unusual circumstances end.
  • Force Majeure: If the seller cannot deliver the product in time due to force majeure or unusual events such as weather conditions preventing transportation, transportation interruptions, fires, earthquakes, or floods, the buyer is not responsible for the seller in such cases. The buyer can cancel the order or delay the delivery time until the blocking situation disappears. If the buyer cancels the order, the paid amount will be refunded within fourteen days.
